PERSONAL REVIEWS
The book has a lot of suspense, cliff hangers and unexpected
turns in it. The plot of the book is not as interesting as the first part, and
had the author finished the book after the first part I would have been even better.
James has just kind of stretched the book. The book is not all that boring and
the turning points keep one from keeping the book down. The Scorch Trials helps
us now a lot about Thomas’s past.I really appreciate the words James has
invented (klunk and shuck) really funny guys. The book even deals with a bit of
romance which we had expected in The Maze Runner.
I would rate the book 4.25 stars out of 5.
